Position Overview
Job Title: Events Coordinator.
Location: Dubai, Al Ain Road, UAE

Summary: The Events Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of farm-based events. This role involves assisting in logistics, guest management, and on-the-ground operations to ensure high-quality visitor experiences.
Key Responsibilities1. Event Coordination:
· Support the Events Manager/Operations Manager in executing the farm’s annual calendar of events (educational tours, family festivals, workshops, corporate gatherings).
· Assist with event logistics including venue setup, signage, equipment, and catering.
· Liaise with internal teams (farm operations, marketing, restaurant, and guest services) to ensure smooth execution.
2. On-site Operations
· Act as a point of contact for visitors during events, providing excellent customer service.
· Guide guests through farm experiences (e.g., tours, workshops) and ensure schedules run on time.
· Monitor event areas to uphold health, safety, and compliance standards.
3. Vendor & Partner Support
· Coordinate with vendors for supplies, rentals, and services.
· Support external partners and collaborators to integrate their activities into farm events.
4. Administration & Reporting
· Assist with budget tracking and expense documentation.
· Help prepare event reports, collect visitor feedback, and recommend improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
· 1–3 years of experience in event coordination, hospitality, or customer engagement.
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Proficiency with MS Office / Google Workspace.
· Ability to work outdoors and adapt to variable weather conditions.
Preferred Attributes
· Passion for sustainability, organic farming, and environmental awareness.
· Experience in agri-tourism, eco-tourism, or hospitality events is a plus.
· Energetic, service-oriented, and proactive approach to guest experience.
· Comfortable working with multicultural teams and diverse audiences.
· Physical readiness to manage outdoor events under varying weather conditions.
· Flexibility to work on weekends or holidays depending on event schedules.
