Summary
The Events Coordinator plays a key role in supporting our Event Managers with group turnovers, contract review, and detailing group information into our systems. This position requires direct client interaction—especially around guest room reservations and billing—along with consistent collaboration across hotel departments to ensure a seamless experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, a quick learner, and excels at juggling multiple tasks while meeting deadlines. They must communicate effectively via phone, video calls, and email, adapt to various leadership styles, and maintain a high level of service with quick response times. This role also takes on special projects to elevate the Events department and may assist in planning and executing site visits.
