Your Day to Day People * Attend monthly events sales meetings. * Work with other IHG properties and assist superiors including regional events sales personnel. * Liaison with advertising agency. * Be a friendly face and helping hand to our guests. * Look smart - wear your uniform with pride. Financial * Assist with compilation of annual budgets * Assist with business plan and action plans * Assist with tender submissions Guest Experience * Attend to telephone, fax, email enquiries in a timely manner. * Co-ordinate all familiarizations and site inspections. * Assist with promotions and familiarizations. * Organize Trade shows, functions and exhibitions. * Be responsible in keeping our property safe and secure.   Responsible Business * Prepare all administration documents * Attend to all sales department mail and maintain correspondence database * Maintain filing systems (manual and electronic) * Maintenance and management of database * Statistical collation (weekly) * Stock control of collateral * Create artwork and collateral for flyers * Maintain and update promotional flyers * Maintain stock of printed material * Co-ordinate corporate gifts and promotional items * Assist with new products and services development * Assist with promotional strategies and marketing plans * Distributes events sales leads * Execute advertising/creative briefs * Work in line with business needs
