Job Description This role is based in our Norcross, GA office. As the Event Coordinator, you will drive the end-to-end education program for multiple events, ensuring seamless content delivery and an exceptional experience for speakers and attendees. Your responsibilities will include planning session tracks, topics, and learning objectives, managing speaker workflows from outreach to onsite execution, and overseeing onsite logistics such as speaker check-in, room readiness, and session timing. You will collaborate with Marketing, Events, Sales, and Leadership teams to align education programming with event goals and attendee experiences. Additionally, you will maintain timelines, track deliverables, and assist with post-event reporting, including speaker feedback and session performance. This role requires travel to industry and regional events, where you will meet speakers, stay informed on trends, and execute key initiatives. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration are essential to success in this role. Education and Content Planning Coordinate the end to end education program for multiple events including session planning, track development, and content timelines. Support the creation and organization of session topics, titles, descriptions, and learning objectives in collaboration with internal stakeholders. Travel to industry events to meet speakers and understand trends Manage speaker workflows including outreach, confirmations, contracts, bios, headshots, presentations, and deadlines. Serve as the main point of contact for speakers ensuring a professional and positive experience from invitation through onsite execution. Track and maintain all education data in event management systems and internal planning documents. Assist with speaker briefing materials, run of show documents, and moderator preparation. On-Site Education Execution Oversee on site education logistics including speaker check in, room readiness, audio visual coordination, and session timing. Support moderators and speakers onsite to ensure sessions run smoothly and on schedule. Cross Functional Collaboration Work closely with Marketing on session promotion, speaker announcements, and content accuracy across digital and print materials. Collaborate with the Events team to align education programming with overall event flow and attendee experience. Partner with Sales, Sponsorship, and Leadership teams to support strategic education initiatives when needed. Administrative and Planning Support Maintain detailed timelines, task lists, and status updates related to education deliverables. Assist with post event reporting including speaker feedback, session performance, and attendee engagement insights. Support continuous improvement of education processes and documentation. Travel to and execute regional events on own Travel to and execute Millionaire Club events Qualifications Passion for event planning and desire to be in the events industry. Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for clarity, tone, and detail. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to change. Comfortable working with senior level executives, industry leaders, and external partners. Proficiency in Microsoft Office with experience using event management platforms preferred.
