  • Experience in event planning or event coordination in a corporate environment
  • Proven track record of creative, successful events
  • Ability to travel to events across the US
  • Experience working with colleagues in graphic design, sales, marketing, and communications
  • Excellent organizational, communication, negotiating, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain a customer-service mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Established relationships with vendors
  • Experience in managing budgets and tracking expenses
  • Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, Acrobat, and Excel

Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Event Ownership – Manage all stages of the event lifecycle: pre-event planning, onsite execution, and post-event follow-up including reporting and ROI measurement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with global teams (sales, product, marketing, leadership, and operations) to ensure alignment on event goals, messaging, and execution.
  • Budget Management – Track and manage event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency while maximizing impact.
  • Marketing Integration – Coordinate with the marketing team to amplify event visibility through campaigns, social media, PR, and digital channels.
  • Lead Generation & Reporting – Work with sales to capture, track, and report leads from events, ensuring timely follow-up and measurable ROI.
  • Executive & Speaker Coordination – Support C-suite and speakers with briefing materials, talking points, and schedules to ensure seamless participation.
  • On-site execution from packing, shipping pre-event to set up and break down at venue post event as needed. Must be able to carry heavy items.
  • Post-Event Analysis – Gather feedback, track performance against KPIs, and provide recommendations to continuously improve event strategy and execution.
  • Innovation & Trends – Research industry trends and emerging event formats (hybrid/virtual) to keep SEW events cutting-edge and impactful.
