The Events Coordinator supports the Event Manager and broader team in the seamless delivery of events through strong operational and administrative support. The role also contributes to broader event delivery by supporting cross-functional teams and driving efficiency in event administration, stakeholder management and customer experience
Key responsibilities will include
Provide administrative and operational support to the Event Manager across all phases of event planning and delivery.
Support the Sales team by managing operational communications with all exhibitors once contracted, ensuring accurate and timely information is provided.
Coordinate the development, distribution and ongoing management of the Exhibitor Manual, key deadlines, and operational documentation under the direction of the Event Manager and operational teams.
Manage inbound customer, exhibitor and stakeholder enquiries via generic events email accounts and phone calls, ensuring professional, timely responses and appropriate escalation where required to maintain service excellence.
Maintain and update event floorplans as directed, ensuring accuracy and alignment with exhibitor, contractor, and operational requirements.
Manage operational stakeholder communications as required, including tenants, residents, hotel guests, Mulpha assets and business units, suppliers, contractors, exhibitors, sponsors, and visitors.
Assist with the planning and coordination of event set-up and operational delivery during bump-in, live event, and bump-out.
