REQUIREMENTS

  • Good command of English with strong communication skills.
  • Sales-driven mindset with confidence in closing deals.
  • Organized and able to multitask between sales, admin, and on-ground coordination.
  • Comfortable working from home, with flexibility to attend events (weekdays evenings / weekends).
  • No high-level qualifications required, but prior sales or events experience is a plus.
  • Love for Pickleball is a bonus
Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are looking for an Events Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is a mix of sales, client servicing, administration, and on-site event coordination. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, help them plan their pickleball events, and ensure everything runs smoothly from enquiry to execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Client Communication & Sales
  • Respond to emails, WhatsApp, and phone enquiries from clients.
  • Provide event proposals, quotations, and close sales with professionalism.
  • Maintain positive client relationships and follow up on leads.
  • Event Coordination
  • Work with coaches, event personnel, and vendors to plan and deliver events.
  • Handle venue booking and logistics such as equipment and scheduling.
  • Be present at events to oversee set-up, execution, and client satisfaction.
