As the CMV Group continues to expand, we are excited to offer a rare opportunity for a highly creative, hands-on, and experienced Event Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. This part-time position (four days per week) focuses on the end-to-end delivery of our annual calendar of internal events—each designed to strengthen our employee value proposition and embody the values and culture of the CMV Group.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will collaborate closely with the broader marketing team to execute an engaging events program with a combined annual budget exceeding $1.4 million. This role also offers the opportunity for occasional intra- and interstate travel, adding variety and excitement to your work.

Key requirements of the role

  • Coordinate the end-to-end event planning and delivery of key internal events including but not limited to:
  • Senior Leadership conferences (SA & Vic)
  • Annual Staff Dinners (SA & Vic)
  • Annual Family Christmas Picnics (SA & Vic)
  • Staff Christmas Hamper Program
  • Venue sourcing and liaison
  • Budget planning, management and tracking
  • Stakeholder and supplier coordination
  • RSVP and guest list management
  • On the day event coordination and support
  • Post event evaluation and feedback collection
  • Collaborate with a high-performing Marketing team
