We're looking for an Events Coordinator to support our event management and trade marketing execution. This person will own the end-to-end coordination of trade shows and events — from initial planning through on-site execution and post-show follow-up — while also serving as a key support resource for our sales team and internal operations. What You'll Do Own trade show and event coordination from creation to execution, including internal and external events Manage inventory tracking for trade shows and sample inventory Support the sales team through communication, logistics, and samples coordination Maintain and manage fixture/product SKU lists and graphics support Handle show follow-up communication and post-event reporting Support and maintain event budgets and sample ownership Manage inflow and SMS allocation, including collecting info and directing action items Provide admin support and direct support to sales and trade marketing teams Coordinate logistics and scheduling across shows and internal teams Attend trade shows and support setup, breakdown, and on-site execution Requirements What We're Looking For 2–4 years of experience in event coordination, trade marketing, operations, or customer service Background working with tools like Asana for project management Experience with trade show logistics, product launches, or retail Proficiency managing inventory systems or SKU-level product tracking Who You Are Detail-oriented — you catch what others miss and keep things organized under pressure Flexible and adaptable — trade shows don't always go to plan, and you adjust without missing a beat Solution-oriented — you don't just flag problems, you come with answers A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Comfortable with travel and flexible work hours around show schedules A clear communicator who can bridge sales, operations, and marketing Signature Products Group offers a competitive compensation package that includes medical, vision, dental, STD/LTD, Life insurance, 401k, and paid holidays.
