As an Event Coordinator, you will: Plan, coordinate, and execute high-end events, ensuring seamless operations and outstanding guest satisfaction. Handle incoming event leads professionally through multiple channels Provide detailed conference and events proposals covering venue, function, menu and accommodation costs ensuring revenue is maximised. Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver flawless execution. Manage budgets, timelines, and logistics with precision. Stay ahead of trends, bringing creativity and innovation to our event offerings. Qualifications A strong background in event planning within the luxury hospitality sector. Exceptional organizational and communication skills. A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering excellence. Ability to multitask and thrive in a high-pressure environment. Experience in vendor management and contract negotiations.
