Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Events Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in the seamless delivery of a diverse range of events that strategically promote luxury retail growth in the region – from small networking sessions, to large high impact events that bring together hundreds of guests. You will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders, both within The Greenhouse and externally, requiring excellent communication and relationship management skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Events planning: Support the team in end to end planning and organizing of diverse events including networking sessions, investor pitches, workshops, and ceremonies.
  • Operational & logistical coordination support: Manage event logistics, such as venue setup, equipment, materials, participant registration, and catering arrangements.
  • On-site support: Support the team in ensuring smooth events flow and provide immediate support on event days.
  • Logistical support for guest/participants: Support local & international guests and participants with visa, travel itineraries, transportation, and accommodation.
  • Communication management: Manage all communication with attendees and all relevant stakeholders before, during, and after the event (e.g., invitations, reminders, and information updates).
  • Feedback collection: Collect and analyze feedback from attendees, sponsors, and internal teams to understand what went well and what could be improved.
  • Budget Monitoring: Assist in managing budgets, keeping track of expenses and ensuring alignment with financial guidelines.
