One RQ is a private members’ club in Singapore that is interested in inspiring conversations that change the world. Combining a social club, co-working space, and an evolving calendar of events including discussions, parties, DJ nights, wellness sessions, and corporate launches, we create catalytic moments that stimulate both the intellect and the senses.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 8–10 years of senior event management experience, preferably in luxury hospitality, private members’ clubs, or high-profile cultural institutions.
• Proven track record in creating and delivering high-calibre, innovative events from concept to execution.
• Strong network of contacts in entertainment, hospitality, arts, and cultural sectors.
• Experience managing substantial event budgets and delivering profitable outcomes.

• Develop and execute the club’s annual and seasonal events strategy, aligning with membership objectives, brand positioning, and revenue goals.
• Curate a balanced calendar of cultural, social, business, culinary, and lifestyle events that cater to the diverse interests of members.
• Collaborate with the Membership, Programming, and F&B teams to integrate cross-departmental initiatives into the events calendar.
• Design original event concepts that surprise, delight, and engage members while reinforcing the club’s reputation for exclusivity and excellence.
• Source and secure high-profile speakers, performers, and partners aligned with the club’s brand values.
• Identify emerging cultural, culinary, and lifestyle trends to inspire innovative event offerings.
• Develop event budgets, track expenditures, and ensure profitability targets are met or exceeded.
• Drive revenue through ticket sales, sponsorships, and partnerships without compromising the member experience.
