As an Events Executive, you will play a crucial role in planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of corporate events, conferences, and meetings. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your creativity, organizational skills, and passion for delivering exceptional client experiences. Manage the end-to-end planning and execution of corporate events, conferences, and meetings for up to 500 guests Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and requests Conduct site visits and prepare detailed proposals for potential clients Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event coordination Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders Create and manage event budgets, timelines, and resources Oversee on-site event operations and troubleshoot any issues that arise Implement effective yield management strategies to maximize revenue Prepare contracts, event orders, and post-event reports Conduct post-event evaluations and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance event offerings Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to departmental goals Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field (preferred) Proven experience in corporate event planning and management Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency in event management software (e.g., OPERA Cloud, Delphi) Advanced problem-solving and decision-making capabilities Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences Meticulous attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively Sales-driven mindset with a track record of achieving targets Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of event planning best practices and industry trends Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required Familiarity with local vendors and venues in Mumbai (preferred) Job-Category: Sales Job Type: Permanent Job Schedule: Full-Time
