Events Executive Application Deadline: 1 May 2026 Department: Commercial Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time Location: Silverstone Reporting To: Aislinn Lydon Description We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Events Executive to help deliver world-class experiences at our state-of-the-art HQ based In Silverstone. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping premium guest experiences within one of the most exciting environments in global sport. Key Responsibilities Support the planning and delivery of high-profile events hosted at the Team’s HQ Assist the Event Manager with pre-event preparation, scheduling, and coordination Deliver exceptional guest experiences for internal stakeholders, partners, and VIP visitors Provide operational support to ensure seamless execution of HQ guest experiences Assist in organising internal engagement events, including team celebrations and cultural initiatives Support the delivery of contractual partner activations, ensuring alignment with brand standards Coordinate event logistics, including set-up, on-the-day management, and de-rig Work collaboratively with internal teams (Commercial, HR, Facilities) to ensure effective delivery Support supplier coordination and maintain strong stakeholder relationships Contribute to post-event analysis, including feedback collection and reporting insights Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Proven experience in event planning and guest experience delivery within premium or high-profile environments Strong understanding of brand-led events and stakeholder management, ideally within sponsorship-driven industries Experience using event management tools, CRM systems, and reporting/budgeting platforms Background in Formula One or elite motorsport environments (highly desirable) Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally at all levels Highly organised with strong multitasking ability and attention to detail under tight deadlines Calm, adaptable, and solutions-focused when working under pressure Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a solid understanding of Health & Safety best practices Be able to work additional hours/ Weekends when required Benefits Investing in your career is paramount.
