Duties * Responsible for preparing all event documentation and coordinates with Sales, other departments and the customer to ensure consistent, high level service throughout pre-event, event and post-event phases of events. * Ensures events have a seamless turnover from sales to service back to sales.  * Knowledge of food and beverage programs; ability to tailor them to fit client’s needs. * Maintain high standards of service and deliver products and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the guests and employees.
