Our Events & Experiences Representatives will facilitate a variety of events and experiences at TD Place and Lansdowne. This includes the opportunity to be involved in game day group experiences, off day field rentals, and ensuring that each guest has an exceptional experience.  This is a replacement position and requires on-site work. The hourly pay for this part-time position is $20.00. What you’ll do: * Support set up for events and experiences. * Deliver and execute a variety of events and experiences.  * Game Day Season Seat Member and Group Experiences. * Game day and non-gameday field rentals. * Liaise between our Ticket Sales team and customers. * Deliver exceptional customer service to attending guests. * Inform guests of event details, answering any questions that may arise. What’s needed: * Professionalism. * Highly organized and attentive to detail. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * The ability to speak in front of large crowds. * The ability to provide excellent customer service. * The ability to manage crowds and remain calm in stressful situations. * Self-starter with ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities. * Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays. * Need to be available for all REDBLACKS home games. * Bilingualism is considered an asset.
