Radisson Blu Hotel, London Bloomsbury in London is a luxury boutique hotel set in the picturesque Tottenham Court Road area. Discover one of the capital’s most beloved areas, famous for its many theatres, boutiques, markets, culture and nightlife.
We are looking for a results-driven, strategic, and client-focused Events & Groups Manager to lead and drive event sales. In this role, you will generate new business, manage key client relationships, and maximize revenue opportunities for conferences, meetings, and special events.

Responsibilities
  • 2–4 years’ experience in hotel event or group sales and planning, preferably within a 4- or 5-star UK hospitality setting
  • Strong client service orientation with excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail
  • Commercial awareness and confidence in upselling event enhancements and managing budgets
  • Working knowledge of Opera PMS, Delphi.fdc, Microsoft Outlook/Excel, and standard hotel systems
  • Professional presentation, a guest-first mindset, and proactive problem-solving ability
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays in line with business needs
  • Understanding of UK legal and compliance frameworks for events, including food safety and licensin
