Current Groot Hospitality properties include: LIV nightclub, the restaurants Gekko, Komodo, Casadonna, and Papi Steak, as well as Las Vegas-based outposts of LIV, Komodo and Papi Steak. Groot Hospitality delivers one-of-a-kind outings across its locations and activations. By further programming the company’s physical spaces with an immersive, 360-degree approach — including a focus on headline performances and social media vignettes — we consistently provide our patrons with an experience that is high-energy, high-impact, and highly memorable. Job Duties/Tasks Support general office duties such as, data cataloging, event reconciliation & competitive analysis trackers Assist operations department on event-days Assist in sourcing rental & vendor quotes Attend site visits to understand what it takes to operate and manage a successful venue and events Follow up on client outreach Assist in event calendar coordination Requirements As an intern, you'll be expected to work approximately 20 - 29 hours per week. The Fall Internship program will run during the below timeframe: Orientation: Wednesday, August 26th Start Date: Monday, August 31st End Date: Friday, December 18th
Responsibilities
Support general office duties including data cataloging, competitive analysis, and event reconciliation. Assist the operations department with event-day execution, vendor sourcing, and client outreach.
