Your Opportunity As our Events Lead – Seniors Communities, you will design and deliver a high-quality events program that drives growth, strengthens community engagement, and showcases the value of Anglicare’s Retirement Living and Home Care services. You’ll bring our brand to life through meaningful, memorable experiences—from large-scale Open Days and expos to intimate information sessions and community activations. This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead end-to-end event planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring every event is professional, welcoming, on-brand, and supports prospective residents, clients, and families to confidently navigate their ageing journey. With creativity and attention to detail, you will: Develop and implement an annual events program to support growth, brand awareness, and community engagement. Lead the planning and delivery of events including Open Days, Information Sessions, Village Tours, Community Events, Expo activations, and more. Coordinate logistics such as venues, catering, AV, collateral, staffing, and safety. Develop marketing materials and campaigns to promote events and drive attendance. Build strong relationships with internal teams, external suppliers, community groups, and partner businesses. Ensure all events have clear lead capture mechanisms and support enquiry generation. Track event performance, report on outcomes, and drive continuous improvement. Create reusable event templates, checklists, and toolkits for use across the team. What You’ll Bring You are a proactive, collaborative team player with: 3–4 years’ experience in events, marketing, or event coordination roles. Proven background in end-to-end event execution (online and face-to-face). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks. Confidence using Microsoft Office and design tools (e.g., InDesign). Experience with work management platforms (e.g., Monday). A current driver’s license and your own car. Why Anglicare?
