WHAT YOU’LL DO As an Events & Lead Generation Representative, you’ll serve as the first impression of the Paramount Builders brand by engaging directly with homeowners at events and in local neighborhoods. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: * Represent Paramount Builders at trade shows, expos, festivals, fairs, and community events * Generate qualified leads by engaging attendees in conversation and identifying homeowner needs * Schedule in-home appointments for our sales team * Conduct neighborhood outreach and canvassing in areas where Paramount Builders projects are actively installed * Promote industry-leading home improvement products including roofing, windows, siding, gutters, bathtubs, and showers * Deliver an exceptional customer experience while building excitement around the Paramount Builders brand * Meet and exceed lead generation and appointment-setting goals * Accurately capture customer information using CRM and lead tracking systems * Assist with booth setup, promotional displays, and maintaining a professional event presence WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR We’re searching for someone with a strong work ethic, outgoing personality, and passion for customer interaction.
