WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Shape that all-important first impression, greeting and welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism
• Coordinate the prestigious settings amenities, by scheduling, planning, and expediting operations
• Enhance the experience of our colleagues and clients, providing support with meeting room setup, connectivity, and hospitality
• Assist the Events Lead with administrative tasks, including guest registration on GMS, printing delegate lists, preparing event registration forms, and organizing guest name badges.
• After the event, ensure guest status is updated in GMS, dispose of confidential documents, and send Post-Event feedback forms to MS Hosts/External clients.
• Support the Pinnacle operation by briefing Event Hosts, managing on-site requests, and assisting with last-minute changes, catering, and room setup.
• Manage or assist with Desana-related tasks, including overseeing the Desana inbox in collaboration with FM Coordinators and covering reception duties as needed.
