Samaritan’s Purse is looking for an Events Logistics Coordinator to assist in the development and implementation of Operation Christmas Child meetings, trainings, and conferences through the coordination of event details and ensuring that guests and staff are well informed and prepared. Responsibilities
  • Maintain your personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be an effective witness for Him
  • Organize and track event supply inventory
  • Purchase, prepare, and ship event materials
  • Oversee attendee and staff event communications and manage incoming inquiries through email and phone calls
  • Manage food and beverage needs for meetings and trainings
  • Perform administrative functions such as: managing expense reports, editing documents, processing reimbursements, and managing purchase requests
  • Work closely with the travel department to manage travel details for event attendees
  • Provide on-site support at OCC meetings and trainings
  • Use event management software to manage registration data, invitation lists, and travel details
  • Create event resources
  • Attend planning meetings and take team notes
  • Review event feedback reports, format data, and compile trends
  • Serve at least one week in an OCC processing center during processing season
  • All other duties as assigne
