Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As our Events Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning, managing, and delivering exceptional MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) and high-end social events from start to finish.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, from initial enquiry through to post-event follow-up
  • Lead the planning and execution of conferences, meetings, private events, and social functions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, F&B, Rooms Division, and external partners
  • Ensure every event reflects the highest standards of luxury, creativity, and attention to detail
  • Drive client satisfaction and repeat business through relationship management and service excellence
  • Contribute to revenue growth through upselling opportunities and strategic planning
