Description

We are looking for an Events Manager to help us to run our medical training company located near London Bridge. We have been delivering short courses for doctors for 20 years, through our dedicated staff team and our wider network of teaching faculty, volunteers, actors and others who work for us as required. We’re looking for a motivated individual to help us continue our excellent reputation as a high quality training and education provider.
The key responsibilities are managing course bookings and helping with the smooth running of course days. This includes setting up and taking down equipment, troubleshooting equipment problems, answering questions and generally looking after our customers and helping them to get the most from their training days. Every day is different, so flexibility and strong problem solving skills are important.
To support our courses, we’ll also ask you to undertake responsibilities in social media marketing, model making, video editing and camera operating. If you have skills and creativity in some of these areas, we’re keen to hear from you, although we’ll also provide training where required.
Please check our website for further details of our work: https://www.bromleyemergency.com/
This is a full-time, 40 hours per week. The initial salary will be £32,000 with the potential for an increase after 6 months, subject to performance and development within the role.

This role would suit graduates in a relevant subject interested in events or management, or someone who has developed some experience and wants to take their career forward in a small, dynamic, service-orientated company.
