Description:
Colorado Academy’s Office of Advancement seeks an Events Manager with demonstrated experience with multifaceted event execution to help implement over 50 annual cross-organizational events. The position plays a key role managing and implementing the logistics of Advancement-related events, including CA’s annual fundraiser, and other signature engagement events in partnership with the Advancement team, school administration, Board of Trustees, and key volunteers. The Events Manager serves as the primary liaison with internal stakeholders, playing a critical role in fostering community, connection, and engagement among families and the CA community. As part of that, the position coordinates and represents the school with vendors and sponsors. This position plays a key role in donor relations and stewardship, interacting with donors through events and ongoing communications. The Events Manager is a full-time, year-round position and reports to the Associate Director of Stewardship and Donor relations.

The pay for this position is $68,000 - $80,000. Although this is a good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible compensation at the time of posting, Colorado Academy reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range. Any wage differential that may exist for the position does not relate to sex, gender or gender identity, but relates solely to a seniority system, a merit system, or relevant education, training and/or experience. Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance benefit programs are available, as is a 403(b) retirement plan. Eligibility for all benefit programs is defined by the applicable plan document.
