DESCRIPTION

ELEMIS is looking for an experienced Events Manager to join their UK office. You will sit within the ELEMIS PR & communications team and support them by creating best-in-class events in the UK and beyond.
Responsibilities include event ideation, management and delivery. This position will be based in the Baker Street HQ, and you will need to be in the office a minimum of 3 days a week. This role will report into the Head of Communications.

Responsibilities
  • Alongside local PR, creative and marketing teams ideate and deliver concepts for all key ELEMIS global events
  • Lead the execution of events to ensure strong and successful delivery
  • Manage ELEMIS global event and asset calendar including the ELEMIS Airstream
  • Manage event budgets, CPA’s and production / fabricator sourcing
  • Develop production supplier database internationally for cost efficiencies
  • Work with key stakeholders to produce brand event strategy with execution synergy across markets
  • Generate topics, and propose ideas for new events and as event participants
  • Work closely with the PR, Marketing and CRM teams to ensure effective roll out of events
  • Translate event briefs to provide clear project management plans and concepts
  • Identify new event and event sponsorship opportunities that align with brand values and strategies
  • Oversee post event reports and analysis to ensure ROI has been achieved.
