- 7-10 years of experience in an events management role, preferably in a B2B or technology-focused environment. - Proven track record in organising trade shows, customer events, and industry conferences across multiple European markets. - Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple events simultaneously. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and vendor negotiation skills. - Proficiency with event management tools, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot/ Account Engagement) is a plus. - Willingness to travel across Europe as required, on average once a quarter.
