Events Manager Based in San Antonio or Austin, TX (Hybrid) You’ll be a Hearst Austin Media employee, managing event experiences across both markets. And we want you to be the powerhouse behind them. What You’ll Do Own the show: Lead the end-to-end planning and production of flagship events across two dynamic cities. Drive impact: Ensure each event meets revenue goals, hits timelines, and leaves a lasting impression. Master the details: Manage budgets, contracts, timelines, and logistics like a pro. Collaborate and connect: Work with sales, marketing, editorial, and sponsors to build strategic experiences that drive attendance and engagement. Lead on execution: From kickoff to teardown, you’ll be the go-to person who makes it all happen—flawlessly. Measure & improve: Track KPIs, gather insights, and elevate every event, year after year.
