Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

You’ll be the mastermind behind our high-impact, high-touch executive events. From intimate VIP workshops to our legendary Workshopalooza, you’ll take the reins and bring it all to life. Your work ensures that our events run smoothly, stay on budget, and feel like magic for attendees.
This role is perfect for someone who loves logistics, lives for timelines, and knows how to manage people, pressure, and popcorn machines (kidding…unless we need one).
Supervisory Responsibilities: Event contractors as assigned to execute stand-alone workshops

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan, execute, and elevate HTM’s standalone workshops including Unleash the Beast, Leadership, APPM, ISI, Mastermind, and Boat Days
  • Co-lead large-scale events like LQM and Workshopalooza with the Events team
  • Collaborate on hotel contracts and venue logistics
  • Own budgets, calendars, vendors, and timelines with Jedi-like precision
  • Assign, supervise, and support event contractors
  • Ensure all event contractors are vetted, approved, and invoice-ready
  • Liaise with departments (IT, Ops, Finance, Marketing) to ensure seamless execution
  • Provide post-event feedback and continuous improvement recommendations
  • Take on special projects as needed from the Director of Events
