A Glance at What You Will Do * Plan, coordinate and execute a wide range of events, from corporate meetings to large social functions. * Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless event experience from planning to execution. * Collaborate with Banquet Operations, Culinary and other hotel teams to deliver exceptional events. * Manage event logistics including room setups, audiovisual requirements, catering and service flow. * Lead and support the event planning team to maintain high service standards and operational excellence. * Monitor event timelines, budgets and operational details to ensure successful delivery. * Build strong relationships with clients and partners to drive repeat business and event revenue. * Conduct post-event evaluations and reporting to continuously improve event experiences.
