Events & Marketing Executive Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam Workplace Type: Full-time Onsite About the RoleWe are seeking a high-energy, strategic, and creative Events & Marketing Executive to execute our global events & growth initiatives. You will be the engine behind Qode’s brand presence, managing high-level event strategy, partnership development, and cutting-edge AI marketing.The ideal candidate is a proactive "owner" who can jump from drafting a global PR schedule to managing complex vendor logistics without breaking a sweat. You should be deeply immersed in the AI ecosystem, possessing the technical curiosity to use AI tools for content creation and the social intelligence to foster relationships with global stakeholders, KOLs, and community leaders. Key Responsibilities Strategic Event Management & Operations Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of global events, from conceptualization to post-event amplification. Source and manage high-level vendor relationships (F&B, production, venues), overseeing the entire procurement and quality control process. Direct event logistics, including layout setup, speaker coordination, and attendee experience management. Design and oversee engaging event activities, games, and gifting strategies to drive attendee retention. Brand Growth & Partnership Development Identify and secure strategic partnerships with AI communities, newsletters, and tech-focused podcasts. Build and maintain a network of HR/TA Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and AI Advocates for collaborative growth. Execute "seeding" strategies and community outreach to maximize event registrations and brand reach. AI-Driven Content & Social Media Own the PR schedule and draft high-impact social media copy across LinkedIn, X, Facebook and Tiktok. Produce cutting-edge marketing collateral using AI-generated photos and videos to highlight Qode’s solutions. Research and curate thought-leadership content on AI trends and tools to position Qode as a market leader. Capture and produce high-quality video content, including client testimonials and panel discussion highlights. Required Skills & Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, HR or a related field. Experience: 2-3 years of experience in event management and digital marketing or related role (Executive or Senior Coordinator level preferred). AI Proficiency: Strong understanding of AI concepts and hands-on experience with AI tools for content generation Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to interface with high-level speakers and partners. Technical Savvy: Proficiency in social media platforms and design/video tools (Canva, CapCut). Soft Skills: Interpersonal, multitasking and time-management skills Professional Plus: Proficiency in graphic design tools is a big plus (Adobe Creative Suite) Additional Information Growth: This is a full-time position offering a clear path to leadership as Qode scales its global presence.
