EVENTS & MARKETING MANAGER (ENERGY SECTOR)– COMMUNITY CAMPAIGNS REQUIRED!

Location: Basingstoke or Wolverhampton Office
Hours: 37.5 per week (Remote, with occasional travel to the office as required)
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum + excellent employee benefits (including private health insurance, shopping vouchers, gym discounts, and more)
Holidays: 25 days per annum + Bank Holidays

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a creative, highly organised, and proactive events professional to develop and deliver memorable brand activations. In this role, you will:

  • Create engaging event concepts and marketing assets to be used at Tomato Energy-sponsored community events across the UK.
  • Ensure our events stand out and leave a lasting impression on potential customers.
  • Work collaboratively within a small but dynamic team to execute events that drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Travel across the UK to support larger activations as needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop exciting and innovative event concepts for community activations.
  • Create marketing materials and event collateral in collaboration with the wider campaigns team.
  • Manage the community activations promo calendar, ensuring smooth logistics and asset availability.
  • Coordinate event staffing, using a mix of internal teams and freelance resources.
  • Brief and motivate event staff to ensure high engagement and brand representation.
  • Work closely with Community Managers to maximise local impact and explore new promotional opportunities.
  • Continuously monitor, evaluate, and refine event activations to ensure strong return on investment (ROI).
