In this role you will work within a team environment in a professional, efficient and diplomatic manner to manage all aspects of the administration tasks associated with event management.
Key responsibilities:

Responsibilities
  • Collaborative and proactive approach, with the ability to work seamlessly across departments including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Property Management
  • Proven experience in event planning, coordination, and execution
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to effectively plan, prioritise, and manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines
  • Advanced competency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
  • Excellent business and technical communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High level of relationship management, with the ability to build trust and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • Demonstrated exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
  • Proficiency in office management systems and administrative processes
  • Experience in inventory, stock, and stationery management, including procurement and supplier liaison
  • Collaborative and proactive approach, with the ability to work seamlessly across departments including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Property Management
