Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are looking for a self-motivated event professional with experience of end-to-end event organisation.
We run 4 flagship events and a further 80 smaller online or in-person events each year. Our events are a valued benefit of IIGCC membership.
You will work closely with the Senior Events Manager and colleagues from the wider organisation to support in the development and delivery of a range of online, in-person and hybrid events. You’ll also help coordinate our presence at key industry events.
You will be joining a team of experienced communications professionals and working alongside established industry experts in corporate engagement, investor strategies and policy advocacy, with the potential to contribute towards driving real progress towards a net zero and climate resilient future.
There may be a requirement to undertake some international travel and a possibility of out hours working during peak periods.
While this role is initially offered on a fixed term basis for 12 months, we hope that the contract can be extended.
