Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Flymotion is seeking a reliable Events Operations and Logistics Crew to join our dynamic team. This role is based in our Sydney office and will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth running of our recreation events across the city.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Assisting with the setup, maintenance and breakdown of event equipment and infrastructure
  • Running and managing event sites as necessary
  • Providing on-site support and problem-solving during events to ensure all operations run seamlessly
  • Light administrative assistance and warehouse maintenance
  • Maintaining a safe and organised work environment by adhering to health and safety protocols
  • Providing excellent customer service to event attendees, partners and stakeholders
  • Adapting to changing priorities and responding quickly to any issues that arise
