REQUIREMENTS

• Min Diploma Holder
• Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Willing to work irregular hours
• Able to work independently and in a team
• 1-2 years of relevant experiences in the events sector

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting, job posting, sourcing, talent engagement, assessment of candidate suitability as well as managing the interview process
• On-site management during events
• Ensure timeline are followed as planned
• Compiling of hours/payrolls/claims and reimbursements
• Project management
• You might also be tasked to take on more complex event management roles and are expected to take the lead when it comes to client liaising
• Other ad-hoc duties
