We are currently looking for an Operations Manager to join the team at Beech Hill Country House

GUEST EXPERIENCE & QUALITY CONTROL

  • Consistently uphold and model high standards of guest service, ensuring each interaction is personalised and memorable.
  • Handle guest concerns or complaints with empathy and professionalism, ensuring swift resolution.
  • Continuously review and improve the layout and functionality of service areas to optimise team efficiency and guest comfort.
  • Conduct regular audits and service quality checks to maintain brand standards and guest satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION

  • A degree in Hospitality or a related field is preferred.
