AS ONE OF OUR BAR TEAM MEMBERS YOU WILL:

• Lead a team to deliver fantastic events including weddings, conferences, celebrations and private dining
• Help to train new team members and give them the best start possible
• Help to make our events look and feel beautiful with an eye for detail
• Take care of our building and make sure it is always clean and looking great
• Assist our management team with stock and organization of the department
  This is a physical operations role and includes the setup and breakdown of events. You must be prepared and willing to move furniture and equipment around the building as part of this.
  We are looking for people with the desire to learn and grow in an environment that encourages you to use your flare to deliver amazing experiences for our guests. We even have a dedicated Training & Development Manager focused on mentoring you and giving you the skills you need to succeed in your career.
  We can offer full time contracts and we are busy all year round so you will be guaranteed hours, even in the winter months.
  You don’t need to have years of experience to join us – just a willingness to learn and a positive attitude towards work. Most importantly, we need you to be reliable and enjoy working as part of a large team.
