The Lakes by Yoo is exclusive private development, spread across 850 acres of woodland, meadows & lakes in the Cotswold water park. Established for over 15 years, we build unique, luxury lakefront and woodland second homes. The estate also includes the Award-winning Orchard Spa, and numerous clubhouse buildings. The Estate is fully serviced with 24hr security, Concierge and Guest Services team to help with all resident and guest requests. The Estate is home to several facilities including a full-service spa and gym, tennis courts, restaurant and a zip activities hub.
We are seeking a dynamic Event Producer and Manager to join our team, responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing extraordinary events that reflect the luxury and natural beauty of our Cotswolds estate. A candidate who can take a hands-on approach, who is excited to join a driven team and who can work autonomously and as part of a wider team. Hosting corporate events, private celebrations, wellness experiences and seasonal events. This client-facing role will require agility, and you will need to be able to juggle multiple tasks at once. This is a role you can shape over time which comes with great opportunities to advance within the company

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS

· Education: Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related creative field
· Certifications: Professional event management or design certifications

· Full production cycle, managing events from initial brief and concept development through to post event evaluation
· Overseeing event setup and breakdown in various venues across the Estate
· Managing creative production and design processes, tablescape design, styling and aesthetics, bespoke installations, ambience creation
· Vendor Management – source, negotiate and manage relationships with creative suppliers, florists, lighting, designers, specialty vendors
· Budget management – develop and manage event budget maximizing creative impact and maximizing profitability
· Client contract and invoice management
· Client and Stakeholder relationship management – conduct detail client briefings and collaborate with internal teams including Guest Service, F&B and operations to ensure seamless execution
· Stay one step ahead of client needs
· Putting together proposals and function sheets for events
· Ensuring all events meet The Lakes by Yoo’s luxury standards and brand value
