JOB SUMMARY

Association Management Professionals (AMP) is looking for a proactive and organized Project Manager to coordinate conferences, manage volunteer committees, support legislative communications, and assist with nonprofit operations. While this is a remote-first role, we require applicants to live in or relocate to the Tallahassee, FL area due to occasional in-office needs and travel logistics.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree preferred. Equivalent experience in event planning, project management, or nonprofit administration will be considered.
• 2+ years of hands-on event management experience is required.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Must reside in the Tallahassee, FL area. This is a work-from-home position with local in-person responsibilities.
• Must be able to travel in Florida and the Southeast for meetings and events.
• Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with databases and basic web tools.
• Comfortable using online platforms including association management systems (e.g., MemberClicks, Constant Contact) and social media tools.

  Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
