The Server is responsible for identifying the needs of guests and being accommodating to those needs. Serve the guests quickly and efficiently with complete knowledge of menus. Maintain venue cleanliness and orderly manner throughout the shift.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

Smart Serve certification required.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Minimum 1 year previous experience as a server in a similar-sized restaurant, and fine-dining.
Minimum 2 years previous experience (host, food runner, bus person, etc.) in a fast-paced bar and/or restaurant preferred.
Additional certifications preferred.
