POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking personable, professional, and service-oriented Event Servers to join our events team. You’ll play a key role in creating extraordinary guest experiences during weddings, private parties, corporate functions, and winery-hosted events. If you thrive in fast-paced settings, have a love for hospitality, and enjoy being part of a team that creates joyful memories—this role is for you!

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior experience in events, catering, or restaurant service preferred
• Friendly, team-oriented, and proactive attitude
• Comfortable with standing for long periods and lifting up to 30 lbs
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Availability for weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the U.S.
• RAMP certification or willingness to obtain (we can assist)

• Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional service throughout events
• Set up and break down event spaces including tables, chairs, linens, place settings, and décor
• Serve plated meals, passed hors d’oeuvres, and beverages efficiently and professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in service areas throughout the event
• Communicate with kitchen and banquet captains to ensure smooth service flow
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines
• Provide support for special tasks like cake service, wine pours, and vendor coordination
• Represent The Inn at Grace Winery’s hospitality standards at all times
