You’ll be responsible for our national events and sponsorship portfolio helping us shape and promote Fulton Hogan’s infrastructure contribution. Mō te tūranga | About the role As our Event and Sponsorship Specialist, you’ll own our national events and sponsorship portfolio. You’ll plan, deliver and continuously improve a calendar that includes leadership conferences, industry forums, our flagship employee Awards event, and drive engagement and profile across our national charitable sponsorships. You’ll report directly to the GM Brand, Marketing and Communication, working autonomy to make the role your own. One day you’ll be sorting runsheet logistics; the next you’ll be onsite making sure everything lands exactly as planned. Ngā kawenga matua | Key responsibilities Organising and managing end-to-end Fulton Hogan’s internal and external key events nationwide including internal leadership conferences, our annual employee award event, and industry-wide forums and conferences. Manage and maintain key relationships, promotions and evaluation of sponsorships. Assist our regional businesses with identifying relevant local sponsorships and community support opportunities. Support and educate the business on best practices. Update and maintain relevant database.
