As a member of our team, you’ll be the face of our attractions and the star of our shows. This role is a perfect blend of performance, interaction, and team collaboration. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Performing in Live Shows: At certain times of the year, particularly during our popular Christmas events, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to perform in shows for young children. This will require bringing characters to life with warmth, energy, and a sprinkle of festive magic.
• Leading Visitor Experiences: You’ll be a key part of our events, running activities and attractions, guiding guests, and ensuring every single person has an amazing and memorable time.
• Immersive Character Work: You’ll often step into full character, using your theatrical skills to engage with visitors in an authentic and immersive way. Whether in costume or in character, your mission is to delight and inspire.
• Spreading Positivity: Your natural enthusiasm and ability to connect with people will be crucial. You’ll be interacting with guests of all ages, answering their questions, and making them feel welcome.
