The ideal candidate will have strong experience in corporate event planning and marketing, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, work collaboratively across departments, and bring creative ideas to elevate event experiences.

• Event Planning & Execution: Plan, coordinate, and deliver events from concept to completion, including conferences, trade shows, product launches, internal workshops, and offsite meetings.
• Vendor & Partner Coordination: Source and liaise with venues, suppliers, and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality delivery.
• Logistics Management: Organize travel, accommodation, event materials, and on-site operations to ensure smooth execution.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and other teams to create promotional content, event branding, and engagement activities.
• Measurement & Reporting: Track event performance using KPIs and attendee feedback; provide post-event reports with recommendations for improvement.
• Industry Awareness: Keep up to date with trends and innovations in event marketing to enhance attendee experience

As an Event Strategist, you play a key role in the Events Team, helping to shape and deliver the company’s presence at high-impact corporate and industry events. This role focuses on planning, coordinating, and executing external event participation - ensuring activities are aligned with brand goals, executed to a high standard, and deliver measurable results.
