As Café Supervisor, you will need to work cohesively with staff and will be responsible for directing and delegating tasks to staff to ensure that the Company’s key goals are maintained. This includes excellent customer service, maintaining café cleanliness, and being knowledgeable on speciality coffee. You will be expected to lead by example, always upholding high standards across all your responsibilities.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Managers for daily café operations to include overseeing service, handling orders, addressing customer queries and complaints and organising breaks.

    • Motivate the front-of-house team, delegate tasks and ensure high customer service standards.


      • Manage store opening and closing ensuring completion of tasks and proper security.


        • In collaboration with the Café Manager and Assistant Manager, organise time on shift to ensure daily and weekly cleaning tasks are thoroughly carried out and the store maintains a high standard of cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene.


          • Carry out other duties on a regular or ad hoc basis as required or directed to by the Management team.
