Job Posting Title: Event Ticketing Support Staff Job Description: Nashville Superspeedway is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused, and detail-oriented individuals to join our Event Ticketing Support Team for upcoming events in Lebanon, Tennessee. As part of the Speedway Motorsports family, we are committed to upholding four core principles: •Take care of teammates •Be known for remarkable events •Positively impact the community •Profitably improve Event Ticketing Support Staff will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service while assisting with a variety of ticketing operations on event days. Whether you're guiding fans through the mobile ticketing process or solving last-minute access issues, your role is critical to delivering a seamless guest experience. Duties and Responsibilities: •Provide outstanding customer service and support to guests during all ticketing interactions. •Assist fans with mobile ticket setup, troubleshooting, and usage at entry gates or ticket booths. •Operate a ticket window for walk-up sales and fan inquiries. •Support ticketing needs using platforms such as Ticketmaster’s Archtics or TM1 Sales systems (training provided). •Assist with ticket scanning, fan reprints, credential distribution, and other guest-related processes. •Contribute to event-day logistics including parking check-in, camping check-in, or VIP ticket handling. •Uphold a positive team environment and support teammates across event operations. Required Qualifications: •Must be at least 18 years of age. •Strong communication and interpersonal skills; enjoy working with the public. •Team player with a "do-whatever-it-takes" attitude. •You must have reliable transportation to and from Nashville Superspeedway. •Ability to learn and operate digital ticketing systems and mobile devices (training provided). •Passionate about customer service and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
