An Fine Dining & Events Waiter is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, help running events, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable dining experience in events. They act as the main point of contact between the customer and the establishment, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere and maintaining high service standards during events. Team Work & Problem Solving Adhere to all company policies and departmental procedures/trainings Liaise with key people in all necessary areas of the business to ensure the provision of food and service is consistent and in line with menu/standards set by the managers Deal effectively and courteously with guest requests, and to refer them to the line manager, if necessary Qualifications Excellent communication skills Hands on and proactive approach Able to work autonomously and as part of a team Passion for food and beverage Excellent time management Strong organisational skills Rate Per Hour: £14.80 Employment Type: Permanent Hours Per Week: 40.00
