Job Description

Responsibilities

As our full-time Events & Weddings Sales Executive, you will be passionate about weddings and social events with the ability to create exceptional and memorable experiences for our guests. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and provide specialist advice, guiding them through every step of the planning process. Your expertise in the art of luxury sales and your meticulous attention to detail will ensure that each event is flawlessly executed and tailored to perfection.
This position operates from Tuesday to Saturday.

Responsibilities include:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all event and wedding inquiries, guiding clients through the planning process with professionalism and care.
  • Curate bespoke event and wedding experiences, advising on décor, catering, entertainment, and more, ensuring each event reflects the luxury and elegance of Hotel Chadstone Melbourne MGallery.
  • Prepare proposals and detailed event orders, ensuring meticulous accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with operational departments, ensuring smooth communication and flawless execution on event days.
  • Ensure that guests have an exceptional experience by ensuring their needs are met leading up to the event, during the event and post the event
  • Maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.
