We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Sr. People Technology Analyst to join our People Technology team. In this role, you will serve as a Workday subject matter expert, with an emphasis on optimizing and expanding its capabilities. You will also play a key role in implementing and operationalizing people tools and automations that enhance the employee experience and drive efficiency across people processes.
You:
In this role you will need the technical ability to understand complex system requests combined the functional ability to discuss with non-technical stakeholders. You are well organized, a problem-solver, pro-active, and have an understanding of people programs such as onboarding and offboarding, performance management, payroll, time and attendance, recruiting and benefits. This is a great opportunity for someone who is motivated, has a strong balance of technical and functional experience, and has a passion for building new processes and programs.

Compensation: The target base compensation for this position is $130,000 to $140,000 USD per year with a variable component in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
